When We Turn From

Jonah 3:8
But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth and let them cry mightily to God. Yes, let every one turn from his evil way and from the violence that is in his hands.

When we turn from God's Best, to sample the world's worst, we have a "soul pain," that must cry mightily to Him for Wholeness.

The turning possess might be being thrown over broad like Jonah by the people who fear his God's wrath, maybe a life changing trauma. But He helps us to complete the turn by love-kindness strokes.
